Prior to treatment, our Insurance Specialist will sit down with you and explain in detail our recommended treatment plan and your alternatives. Cost and payment will be discussed. We require that you pay your insurance co-payment at the time of service. We accept most major credit cards, offer cash discounts, affordable payment plans and Care Credit. Payment is due at the time of service unless arrangements are made in advance.
Most insurance covers some kind of chiropractic care. In many cases, your treatment may be covered 100%. We will be happy to assist you by handling all the paper work and will deal directly with your insurance company. Our insurance specialist is experienced with workers’ compensation cases, auto accident and major medical claims. We are available to answer any questions you may have.
Patients covered by insurance are encouraged to provide complete and accurate information about their insurance when they complete our Patient Information form. We will be happy to assist you with your Insurance Forms.

Due to low reimbursements from insurance and limited coverage for our procedures, starting January 1, 2022, we are no longer in-network with most insurances. We would like to offer reduced fees for direct payment, our in-house wellness plan, payment plan HSA or Flex card, and CareCredit. Upon your request, we only offer to bill your visits to your insurance carrier as an out-of-network provider. We will provide a comprehensive explanation regarding your visit cost prior to your initial visit.
